Our 4-star apartments in the Paznaun-Ischgl region are perfect for 2-4 or 4-5 persons. The comforts and amenities offered cater to all needs. Tall people enjoy relaxing nights in our beds without foot ending but with 2,20m-long bed-clothes.

The extras offered include 2 barrier-free apartments, a lift, a sauna, a sunbed, an in-house sauna, a sunbathing lawn with BBQ facilities and tips for ski mountaineering tours in the winter or hiking or mountaineering tours in the summer.

The house is a perfect base for hiking, mountain bike and mountaineering tours. A grocery, ski rental shops, restaurants, bars and an indoor pool can be easily reached by foot. In unserem neuen Haus vermieten wir 3 komfortabl eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen für 2-7 Personen. Ein Schiraum mit Schuhtrockner ist ebenfalls vorhanden, Parkplätze direkt beim Haus. Haustiere sind bei uns erlaubt! Liegewiese mit Gartenmöbel, Spielplatz und Grillmöglichkeit stehen in den Sommermonaten zur Verfügung, im Winter führt die Langlaufloipe dirkt am Haus vorbei. Das Apart Simone ist in ruhiger Lage am Ortseingang von Galtür gelegen. Die nächste Haltestelle des Skibusses (Wanderbus im Sommer) isst ca. 200m vom Haus entfernt. das Ortszentrum ist in 5 Gehminuten leicht zu erreichen.
